Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please remember to call/text me as soon as you know that you’ll be unable to make your scheduled appointment and I’ll be happy to rebook you! -There is a 7 minute grace period. -Same day cancellation will be charged 15% of your service booked that day, this fee does not roll over to your next appointment! -No shows will be charged 25% of your service book that day!
